Matthew is Co-Founder and CEO of Glashard, where he leads the company with a clear focus on building scalable, data-driven infrastructure solutions. He brings a strong foundation in asset management, sales, and business development, combining commercial instinct with the analytical rigour of a financial analyst.

A top-ranked graduate of University College Cork, where he achieved First Class Honours (1.1), Matthew has developed expertise in equity research, accounting, consulting, and project management. This blend of experience supports Glashard's disciplined, data-led approach to growth.

As a mentee of renowned Irish venture capitalist David Slowey, Matthew has been shaped by a network of high-performing, forward-thinking individuals. He approaches leadership with youthful drive, ambition, and relentless determination.

Brett Webb, Co-Founder & CTO

Brett Webb

Co-Founder & CTO

Brett Webb is the Co-Founder and CTO of Glashard, where he owns product, technology, and the early engineering team. He previously built and ran Favorite Medium's North American practice, owning the P&L for a consulting business serving clients including Facebook, Abbott, GE, and Steelcase, and held technology leadership roles at Hot Studio (acquired by Facebook), Funny Garbage, and Linden Lab, where he worked on Second Life.

He studied Computer Science at USC and co-created Art Crimes (graffiti.org), the first website dedicated to graffiti and street art.

Fahad Miah, Co-Founder & COO

Fahad Miah

Co-Founder & COO

Fahad Miah is the Co-Founder and COO of Glashard, where he supports operations, project coordination, research, and the development of structured business processes. He brings a multidisciplinary background across psychology, computing, data analysis, and organisational behaviour, helping Glashard approach procurement challenges through both a technical and human-centred lens.

Fahad is currently undertaking an MA in Work and Organisational Psychology at University College Cork and holds a First-Class Honours BA in Psychology and Computing. His academic background combines research methods, software development, interaction design, organisational psychology, and human-centred systems thinking.

Prior to Glashard, Fahad worked as a Digital Data Analyst at PwC Dublin, supporting project management, stakeholder communication, reporting, automation, and data-driven decision-making within a PMO environment. He has also led research and product development work, including the design and evaluation of a smartphone app prototype focused on improving young adults’ digital wellbeing.
